The Maryland Nurses Coalition (MNC) was created to address the key issues of Maryland's 60,000 plus Nurses by nurses experienced in the political process.  In order to strengthen our professional impact, the MNC will provide nurses with a career network, mentor new nurses in the leadership process, strive to improve the work environment, and help nurses run for political offices. The MNC will provide nursing leadership in the legislative arena by participating in the decision making effecting Maryland's renowned health care system.

MNC is committed to building an inclusive organization and offers membership free to all licensed Registered Nurses in the state of Maryland.    

The time has arrived for all Maryland Nurses to actively engage in the political process that makes decisions about our health care system and nursing issues.
